Polyurethane Round Belts (Endless)
Polyurethane round belts are designed for superior performance and offer a range of advantages, making them an excellent choice for various industrial applications:
- Low Starting Torque: Requires minimal effort to initiate movement.
- Excellent Flexibility: Ensures smooth, slip-free starts even at low temperatures.
- Easy Installation: Can be installed manually without the need for specialised tools.
- No Need for Retensioning.
- Durable Design: Highly resistant to oils and ozone, ensuring longevity under challenging conditions.
Round Belts
Bando's open-end polyurethane round belts offer flexibility for length customisation. These belts can be easily cut and heat-spliced to the desired length, making them an adaptable solution for various applications.
Round Belts with Cords
Variants with cords are also available for applications requiring greater belt strength:
- Polyester Cord
- Kevlar Cord
Hollow Round Belts
Hollow round belts are specialised belts made from elastic materials like polyurethane or rubber, featuring an internal hollow structure that runs along the belt's entire length. This design makes them lightweight, flexible, and suitable for diverse applications.
Features of Hollow Round Belts
- Easy Customisation:
Hollow round belts can be easily cut to the required length and joined via thermal or mechanical bonding. - Elasticity and Flexibility:
The hollow structure provides high flexibility and adaptability to various drive systems. - Reduced Weight:
The hollow core significantly reduces the belt's weight, making it easier to handle and install. - Versatility:
Ideal for light to medium-duty applications, including conveyor systems, packaging machines, and light industrial setups.
То Fastener for hollow round belts and Sunrope V-belt.
Advantages of Hollow Round Belts
- Cost-Effective: Allow quick and easy replacements, minimising machine downtime.
- Flexible Installation: No need for specialised tools or complex joining procedures.
- Universal Application: Can be used for linear and rotary applications, as well as for light-duty transport.
Applications
Hollow round belts are suitable for:
- Conveyors in Production Lines
- Packaging Machines
- Dosing Systems
- Light Mechanical Drives
