Description
Banded Polyurethane V-Belts are engineered specifically for high-speed drive systems, achieving belt speeds of up to 60 m/s. These belts are ideal for applications requiring reliable performance, compact design, and low maintenance.
The ground flanks and enlarged profile angle ensure smooth, low-vibration operation, even at high speeds. Their ability to accommodate small pulley diameters makes them perfect for lightweight and space-saving drive systems, particularly in horizontal configurations. Constructed with durable polyurethane, these belts exhibit exceptional resistance to oil and ozone, ensuring longevity in demanding environments. The diagonally grooved back enhances the belt's flexibility, further improving its performance.

Available from our warehouse we offer banded 5M/7M/11M in different lengths. The number of ribs depends on the customers needs up to 19/22 or 15 ribs, depending on the belt profile.
