Megarib multi-V rib belts are precision-molded, endless belts crafted from thermoset polyurethane (PU) and high-strength, stable polyester cords, with Kevlar cords available upon request. Designed for high-speed, high-ratio applications, Megarib belts are available in H, J, and PTB2 profiles. The PTB2 features a 2mm pitch with truncated ribs for enhanced structural flexibility.

These belts are molded to exact dimensions, ensuring clean, efficient operation. This makes Megarib belts the ideal choice for power transmission applications in household appliances, commercial equipment, and food slicing machines.

01 / BODY

• Constructed from thermoset polyurethane with a hardness of 85 ± 5 Shore A.
• The cushioned back protects the tensile cords and allows for the use of backside idlers.

02 / TENSILE CORD

• Made of high-tension polyester cords that combine the flexibility of flat belts with the power transmission capability of V-belts, ensuring excellent length stability.
• Kevlar cords are available for applications requiring even greater strength and durability.
