Adria Trading Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator” or “Company”) operates in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
This document aims to inform you about all aspects of how your personal data is processed by the Company and your rights regarding that processing.

Legal Basis for Collecting, Processing and Storing Your Personal Data

Art. 1. The Administrator collects and processes your personal data in relation to your use of the website https://www.remaci.bg/ and the conclusion of contracts with the Company based on Article 6(1) of GDPR, specifically on the following grounds:

  • Performance of the Administrator’s obligations under a contract with you;

Art. 3. (1) Operations performed:

  • Contract conclusion and execution: To sign and perform a contract with a customer or partner. Given the limited data collected and that some is public, no Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is required.

  • Newsletter subscription: Administering newsletter processes for users who opted in. DPIA not required due to minimal data use.

(2) Categories of data processed:

  • Identifying information (email, name, etc.):
    Purpose: Contact, registration, and newsletter subscription.
    Legal basis: Contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and explicit consent for newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

  • Additional data (optional): name, surname, phone number.
    Purpose: Enhance user account information.
    Legal basis: Your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

(3) The Administrator does not collect or process data that reveals:

  • Racial or ethnic origin;

  • Political, religious, or philosophical beliefs;

  • Trade union membership;

  • Genetic or biometric data;

  • Health or sexual orientation.

(4) Personal data is collected directly from the individual.

(5) No automated decision-making is performed with the data.

Data Retention Period

Art. 6. (1) Data is retained no longer than your website profile exists. Upon deletion, data is erased or anonymized without undue delay.
