Order Fulfilment
Order processing begins once a representative of Adria Trading Ltd. has reviewed the order. If the order is submitted on a non-working day or outside of business hours, it will be processed at the beginning of the next business week or on the next working day, respectively. In the event of a price change of the ordered items between the time the order is placed and the time it is processed, the customer will be charged the price at which the order was originally placed.

Order
Order confirmation is completed after a representative contacts the customer via the phone number provided. Adria Trading Ltd. is not responsible for unfulfilled orders in cases where the user has provided incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate personal information.

Delivery
Deliveries are carried out by the courier companies ECONT or SPEEDY to an address provided by the customer or to a courier office in the respective city. Deliveries are only made after a representative contacts you and you confirm the order. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or official holidays. Delivery costs are calculated automatically by the ECONT/SPEEDY system. As a general estimate, deliveries to an office range from BGN 5.00 to BGN 7.00 (excluding cash on delivery fees), and to an address from BGN 6.00 to BGN 8.00, including inspection before payment. When placing your order, please choose a courier office convenient for you or provide an address where you want to receive the shipment. Orders arrive within one (1) business day after confirmation (if there is a courier office in the location). In towns without a courier office, shipments arrive on designated delivery days.

Returns
Returns and exchanges for belts are possible only with the approval of a representative and apply only to standard V-belts. Products must be in proper condition and show no signs of use.

Refund Timeframe and Method
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date your request is approved.

  • If the original payment was made by card or PayPal, the refund will be issued back to the same method.

  • If the payment was made in cash upon delivery, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. In this case, you will need to provide a valid bank account number (IBAN) and account holder’s name.
