Belts for variator drive – standard
The main component of the compound consists of polychloroprene rubber with reinforced fibers inlaid transversely to the direction of travel. The high-quality and extremely weakly stretched polyester or aramid cord is built into a softening alloy. It is reinforced with an outer coating, and the transverse fibrous coating provides transverse rigidity without sacrificing flexibility. Variation belts are the preferred choice for stepless speed control. The special design of the belt allows high dynamic loads, excellent power transmission capabilities and good control characteristics. Also available as double-toothed.
Sections: Width up to 100 mm belt thickness from 5 to 30 mm
Lengths: from 500 to 5000 mm
